Safety

There is no danger to any aircraft involved in the operation of spacetransmission.com's laser systems. At altitudes in which aircraft can operate, our laser beams are more than adequately spread out, thus avoiding any interference with air traffic.

For added protection, however, we have installed on our photon cannon telescope a sensitive television camera system to constantly scan the sky in the region of the telescope's aim. In the unlikely event that an aircraft were about to cross the laser beam's path, the camera would detect the airplane, and immediately turn off the laser until the aircraft was well beyond the beam's effective area.
